Return Policy

As an authorized Samsung dealer, LOCKPLUS INC, is confident in the quality and dependability of our products. However, if by any chance you are not satisfied with the product, please refer to the guidelines listed below for return procedure.

* For all returns, please contact us at info@lockplus.com and obtain RMA# and return form.
* Please enclose a copy of your invoice and a completed return form.
* Please return within 14 days from the purchased date.
* Customers will be responsible for return shipping.
* Refunds will be issued only after the item has been returned and inspected.

Once your form is reviewed, you will be given a RMA # and a representative will contact you via email or phone. Please note, no exchange or refund will be given until the item is first received. In addition, no returns or exchanges will be made for items returned to our facilities without filling out the RMA request form.

Repackage the product in its original packaging and send it to:

Returned products, either for refund, exchange or replacement, must be in new condition, original packaging and must include all forms and accessories that were in the originally received package. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you a fee or reduce your credit for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
• Items that are damaged or abused by the customer
• Items that are missing accessories, such as remote controls, cords and cables
• Etched or otherwise personalized items
International Purchases: All purchases made through International Checkout are final. No return or exchanges will be given.

LOCKPLUS INC reserves the right to deny any return. We reserve the right to charge a fee or a restocking fee for damaged items, items returned with missing components, and items returned without any defects. This includes customers who purchased the product and are not satisfied. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to cover shipping cost to and from customers, shipping charge to Samsung, and any other expenses that might be needed in facilitating your return. If the pars are missing, you will be charged the price of those parts.

If an item is returned with and customer is claiming defect, a return label will be sent via email. Once received, the item will be subjected to inspection by our technicians. If the item is found to be without defect, the customer will be charged for the return shipping and any other relevant fees. These fees will be on top of the 15% restocking fee.
